Our Manufacturing Capabilities

  • Materials - Frozen storage, NC cutting and kitting
  • Hand lay up on ISO Class 9 Clean Room
  • Autoclave, Oven and Press curing up to 850° F
  • Part machining (trim & drill) up to 5-axis
  • Part post processing for bonding, wet installation, finishing

For production-process, our facility includes NC material cutting, high-temperature autoclaves, large vacuum ovens, 3- and 5-axis CNC milling, and automated inspection equipment. Parts are manufactured using a variety of processes and materials such as Epoxies, BMI, polycyanates, polyimides, thermoplastics, and metal matrix in laminate and sandwich forms. Our technical teams are staffed with Project managers to augment Engineers responsible for executing new product introduction of customer-supplied build-to-print, and design & fabrication projects, to optimize production rate and performance criteria, minimizing risk and costs using AS9100 compliant quality processes
